Less than three weeks until my holiday! So here are my holiday beauty essentials to make sure I look and feel my best!
I started using essie back in the day. It is my favourite nail polish, I love all of the colour options to choose from as well as how pigmented they are. I never need a third coat to ensure even coverage as two coats suffice. I typically only use it on my toenails as well. Essie’s brush is also great for those who need to be extra careful when polishing their nails as the brush is slim. My two favourite colours that are coming with me on holiday are Fifth Avenue and Watermelon.
Everyone needs some sort of sun lotion whether it be SPF30, SPF15 or less if you are lucky enough to tan easily. I bought this Lancaster spray from duty free but you can also purchase it from Selfridges. It is not too thick or greasy and goes on really well. Piz Buin is a bit more greasier but is also a tan accelerator at the same time. And finally no one should be without a sun lip balm protector. Mwahhhhh.
My hair gets a bit frazzled in the sun. I swear by this protection spray. Which comes with me every holiday, as it smells very summery and also leaves my hair feeling nice and soft. It also conditions your hair during your holiday. Banish scary Holiday Hair and become a real Beach Goddess with Mark Hill’s amazing Cover Up! Sun Protection Spray. We all know it makes sense.
I’ve started using this leading up to my holiday as let’s face it who wants to look Lilly white on the beach, it also helps hide any cellulite. Score! I will only ever use St Tropez as I have tried other fake tan lotions and they just don’t work for me. You literally just spray St Tropez over your skin and it doesn’t even need to rubbed in. It smells good to!!!! It’s just an amazing product, it leaves no streaky residue on my skin and it gives a great exfoliation without being harsh on my skin as well as giving you an all over even tan.
